1.  What Products do you manufacture and export?
   We manufacture and export a wide range of products including jute shopping bags, rope-handled totes, market net bags, wine and gift jute bags, coiled jute tableware, decorative baskets & printed jute doormats. We take custom designs as well which can be developed as per client request.

2.  What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product type
- For Jute bags and other decorative items: it will range between 200-1000 pieces and above.
-For decorative carpets, baskets, doormats or tableware: it can be between 100-1000 pieces and above.

3. What materials do you use?
We use 100% natural jute sourced from Bangladesh. Optional features include cotton lining, laminated inner coating, rope or cotton handles, and rubber backing (for doormats).

4.  Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. Jute is a biodegradable, renewable, and plastic-free natural fiber. Our products are designed to replace single-use plastic bags and support sustainable retail practices.

5. What is the production lead time?
Standard production lead time is 30–45 days after order confirmation and sample approval. Lead time may vary depending on order quantity and level of customization.

6. Can you help with shipping and logistics?
Yes. We can assist with: Freight forwarding, Sea or air shipment coordination and Export documentation (invoice, packing list, COO, etc.)

7. Do you have quality control measures?
Yes. Every order goes through:

-Material inspection

-In-process quality checks

-Final inspection before packing

8. Do you accept small trial orders or samples?

Yes, trial orders are possible depending on the product and customization. We will send free sample of the product but only with serious buyers. Please contact us to know more.
